Intrinsic Motivation

Driving Forces describe a person’s intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.

Furthermore, it helps the person and their employer best understand how to unlock maximum performance, by structuring work objectives, projects, and communication to touch on these intrinsic motivators.

For these reasons, Driving Forces is one of the most powerful tools on the market today. It measures clearly what will (and will not) motivate someone, and how to appeal to their intrinsic motivation to foster mutually beneficial outcomes.
