Steven Fies is the President & CEO of ThinkPlanLaunch. He is a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Motivators Analyst (CPMA), and Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist (CPEQ). He holds a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego, where he graduated with Economics Department Honors & Distinction.

Thomas is an independent consultant and advisor to ThinkPlanLaunch. He is a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA) and an experienced startup company founder. He holds a B.S. in Pharmacological Chemistry from the University of California at San Diego.

Mindy is an independent consultant with 14 years of experience as an executive coach. She is a Certified Professional Behaviors and Motivators Analyst (CPBA, CPMA) and holds three additional certifications in management consulting (TriHD, EQ, Stages of Growth).
