Intrinsic Motivation

Driving Forces describe a person’s intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.

This helps us better understand what jobs they will perform their best in, versus those jobs they will get bored of quickly or hate. Furthermore, it helps the person and their employer best understand how to unlock maximum performance, by structuring work objectives, projects, and communication to touch on these intrinsic motivators.

For these reasons, Driving Forces is one of the most powerful tools on the market today. It measures clearly what will (and will not) motivate someone, and how to appeal to their intrinsic motivation to foster mutually beneficial outcomes.
