Team Workshops allow your people to learn together in an interactive environment. They serve to reinforce key objectives and insights discussed in 1-on-1 sessions, or can also be used as a substitute for 1-on-1 coaching altogether.
The structure and format of our workshops can be understood as a four-step process: Present, Practice, Pursue, and Plan (the four “P’s”). In the Presentation phase, we provide explanation for the core concepts being addressed in the session. Next, in the Practice phase, workshop attendees pair off into small focus groups and actively practice what they have learned. During the Pursuit phase, we hold a Q&A session to encourage attendees to pursue clarification of any concepts they do not fully grasp. Last, we create a functional Plan together to ensure the material is retained, implemented, and practiced on an ongoing basis.
