Our ODSurveys Plus tool has a number of survey options to determine where an organization can improve its policies, services, and practices to achieve complete employee and customer satisfaction. Up to 1,000 respondents are included in the initial price helping organizations to better develop and grow. One key feature of this tool is the ability to view your Response Frequency Distribution with an included demographic summary (i.e., self, boss, direct report, peer, etc.), and this is fully customizable.
