Austin, Texas (August 23, 2015) – The founder of an online marketing firm hired ThinkPlanLaunch to coach him on executive performance earlier this year. He was referred to ThinkPlanLaunch by a mutual friend, after expressing a desire to improve his communication skills, acquire more business, and develop more authentic relationships with his clients.
The founder was given two of ThinkPlanLaunch’s most relevant professional assessments: Talent Insights®, which measures one’s behavioral style and intrinsic motivators, and Emotional Quotient™, which measures five dimensions of emotional intelligence (“EQ”) based on the Goleman model.
