- History of Behavioral Analysis
- Administration of Behavioral Assessments

- Applications of Data/Graphs to Consulting Scenarios
What is Behavioral Analysis?
Behavioral research tells us the most effective people are those who understand themselves, including their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. A person’s behavior is a necessary and integral part of who they are. It is the universal language of “how they act,” or their observable human behavior.
TTI’s behavioral assessments measure four dimensions of normal behavior:
- How you respond to problems and challenges.
- How you influence others to your point of view.
- How you respond to the pace of the environment.
- How you respond to rules and procedures set by others.
Applications of Behavioral Assessments
Detailed information and powerful insights come from behavioral assessments. They clearly highlight a person’s strengths and weaknesses in relation to their behavioral tendencies, work preferences, communication style, and productivity/time-management skills. Behavioral information has several applications, some of which include:
- Increase productivity
- Understand and decrease “time wasters”
- Enhance communication skills
- Improve client relationships
- Elevate teamwork
Managers can also use information from behavioral assessments to more effectively delegate work assignments, and to tailor their communication to employees’ individual needs. This leads to greater compliance with management directives, increased morale, and swifter execution of company objectives.
