Austin, Texas (Januay 15, 2016) – Improvements to TTI Success Insights’ (TTI) globally-distributed talent assessments were announced this week during TTISICON 2016.
Notable upgrades were made to the following two assessments: DNA® 25 Competencies, which previously featured 23 competencies, and TTI Motivators, which was expanded from the original six motivators to a more in-depth 12 Driving Forces™.
Modifications to the DNA® 25 Competencies report include more than just the addition of two new factors. Some of the existing factors were also renamed, and their scoring methodology was adjusted according to the massive data available to TTI after many years of usage. This newest version of the report now highlights transferable job skills, a.k.a. “soft skills,” more accurately than ever before.
The expansion of the TTI Motivators assessment to 12 Driving Forces™ is yet another reflection of growing sophistication at TTI. Their R&D team realized the need for improved clarity on the original six motivators at the low end of the spectrum. The previous report focused primarily on “high” scores, whereas the new version frames high and low scores equally, by representing all in terms of “high” scores across twelve representative factors.

This year’s event was held at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, where more than one thousand attendees came to discuss HR-related tools and trends for the new year. TTI’s headquarters, also located in Scottsdale, features a 10,000 square foot research and development center.
